Is The Barn on M Avenue an event center or an Airbnb?

It's both! We consider the barn to be a micro event center that can handle 50-60 people for a small to midsize event. But it is also a great place for families or groups to rent for overnight stays!

If I rent The Barn on M Avenue for an event only, do I get to use the entire barn?

For the most part! You will have use of all spaces except the bedrooms and fitness center.

What amenities come with renting the barn for an event?

Use of 12 round tables (60") and your choice of mauve colored padded chairs or black folding chairs. There is also four 8 ft. tables and two 6 ft. tables for use. You are also welcome to use the two 80" tv's in the event space, as well as the full sized Clavinova piano.

Does any decor come with event rental?

No. But we do have a decor collection that you can add on for a flat rate fee of $50. This gives you access to table coverings, table centerpieces, balloon arch frames and much more. Contact us for more details on this.

Are we responsible for cleaning the barn after our event?

We ask you to try and leave the barn in the same condition you found it. You do not have to do any deep cleaning unless there are big spills or messes. We have a dumpster you can put your trash in. There is a specific clean up sheet you'll get at the time of your event.

What is the time frame for event rental?

Daytime rental is 8:00am - 4:00pm. Evening rental is anything after 4:00pm. We ask that you are cleaned up and out of the barn prior to 11:00pm. We will only book ONE event per day. So regardless of what time your event starts, you are welcome to come anytime after 8:00am to set up. If nothing is booked the night before, you are also welcome to come then to start setting up.

Will our tables and chairs be set up for us or do we have to do that?

If you give us a general idea of how you would like things set up ahead of time, we will do our best to accommodate that.

How many people does the barn sleep?

The barn will comfortably sleep 10-12 people. We kindly ask that no more than 15 people stay.

Do you allow pets?

We do not allow pets.

What if we want to have an event in the barn but also have people spend the night?

This is the perfect space for a retreat, wedding rehearsal dinner and wedding party to stay, or a large family Christmas gathering. You will be charged our regular rate for overnight stay and then get $100 off the event space for your gathering! You can have up to 60 people for your event and up to 15 people spend the night. Is there an outdoor area we can use?

There is currently no dedicated outdoor space for guests of the barn. We are hoping to work on this over the summer of 2026!

If we want to rent the barn as an Airbnb, do we book online or with you directly?

Either is fine. But if you book directly with us you will get a discounted rate.
