Perfect for bridal and baby showers. Our 2nd level event space has seating for up to 60 people. White 60" round tables and black folding chairs are provided.

Our space is the ideal size for your next party! Graduation, birthday, retirement, holiday or corporate gatherings. We also have a selection of long tables for your serving needs.

Great for meetings, family get-togethers or crafting nights. Use our soft padded chairs for a more comfortable seating option!

Meetings

Welcome to The Barn on M Avenue in the heart of Grundy County, Iowa. We would love to be your choice for your next event! Our 1920's renovated barn has 5,000 square feet of finished space, complete with an event space on the 2nd level that will comfortably seat 50-60 people. We have a full service kitchen, 2 restrooms, a living and dining space, three bedrooms, a laundry room, and a fitness center. There is a full sized ping pong table available for use. We have ample space for parking as well. We think you'll find our venue to be very guest friendly with all of the amenities needed to host your next gathering.

Please note:

The lower level of our barn IS handicap accessible, however, the event space in the 2nd level is NOT handicap accessible. We ask you to keep this in mind when planning your event.

We do not currently have an outdoor space dedicated to the barn /event rental. We hope to include this in the future.
